AUTHENTICITY BLUEPRINT

Week 1: Illumination & Intention Setting

THEME: Letting go of old stories + learning to trust the body more than the mind.

“This week, we will focus on the power of the mind. The mind is powerful. It can either keep you imprisoned in old stories, or it can become your greatest tool for freedom. This program is about teaching you how to train your mind, so you stop overthinking your life and start living from clarity, peace, and authenticity.

Your work now is to stay present, grounded, and allow the process to unfold.”

-Lee Grane

PRACTICES:

Affirming Ritual: “It Is Released”

When: Once a day, morning or evening (3–5 minutes).

  1. Sit comfortably, place one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly.

  2. Take 3 slow breaths, feeling the rise and fall of your body.

  3. Say aloud (or silently if in public):
“The story I released is gone. It no longer belongs to me.
I am free, I am clear, I am becoming who I truly am.”

  4. Sit for a few breaths, simply noticing how your body feels with those words.

  5. End with gratitude: “Thank you, thank you, thank you.”

GROUNDING BREATH (when overthinking)

  • Inhale for 4 counts → Hold for 2 → Exhale for 6 counts.

  • As you exhale, say silently: “I let it go.”

  • Do 5 cycles whenever you catch yourself spiraling.

Embodiment Practice (short daily walk)

  • Walk without phone/headphones.

  • Each step, silently say: “Here. Now.”

  • This keeps awareness in the body instead of the mind.

Journal Prompts for Week 1:

Keep them short and grounding (not open-ended essays):

  1. What do I feel in my body when I affirm that the story is already released?

  2. What new energy or space is opening up in me this week?

  3. When I catch myself overthinking, what helps me return to presence?

CORE TEACHINGS for the week:

“Overthinking is the mind’s way of holding onto control. The real work is shifting awareness into the body and into trust.”
